In answer to the questions:

1) I looked online...no SR3273DT manual.
2) I went thru the automatic setup and over 100 channels were added.
I can hear them, just can't see them.
3) The cable is coaxial and I attached it where it says "ANT/CABLE".
I know the cable is good, because I connected it to another TV and it
works fine.

I also tried connecting a DVD player and playing a DVD.  Again, sound
but no picture.

I called a few TV repair shops and they said it sounds like the tube
is fine, but they couldn't figure out (over the phone) why the picture
isn't coming thru.
