Minor correction from above...
The DishTV 622 supports four favorite lists per TV. I have a dual TV
setup, ie. TV1 and TV2 - and there are four per. Which is handy if the
TV's are primarily viewed by different people, they can each have their
own favorite lists, each color coded and each with a unique name.

Yes, OTA channels in 'dot' format are available for any favorite list,
including sub-channels.

I have a single dish antenna, but it has three LNB's on the nose. One
piece of RG-6 lead-in cable feeds through a diplexer, then to the sat
box. TV1 ir fed w/HDMI from the sat box, but TV2 is fed from the
diplexer via RG-6, which isn't what I expected, but works fine, and the
HDMI connector on TV2 isn't used.
I think the three LNB's are required for my level of service, which is
the whole enchilada including local OTA stuff. I have an external
antenna connected to the sat box in case a biggo bird comes along and
eats the dish. I can't do without my commercials. :P
