Heres a thought....do a virtual move.....change your address to one in the
DMA which you wish to recieve, like have it sent to a PO Box, or a friends
house (better option).  They can forward the bill to you, and as long as
you
are in the footprint of the spotbeam that carries the stations you wish to
recieve, all is shiny.  Its been done before, many times.
Just a thought.
