I am waiting for the Blu-Ray player price to drop. Should the player drop
under $40 and a Blu-Ray Disk under $10, maybe then will I add Blu-Ray.

as a gift, I do not want one until the price drops. My son wants to buy me
a
Blue Ray player. Unfortunately I have to tell him no, the price is far to
high, not to mention the DRM issue. I was an enthusiastic "early adopter"
for HDTV. But read too many judgmental babblings decrying "early adopters"
have to take hit when technology changes. This time apathy rules, also no
content IMHO to watch.
