My brother's 32" 768p Vizio is now 10 months in use and still works as it
did
when it first arrived.  One glitch: the "zoom" feature never worked
regardless
of video mode.  So when a TV station/network gets dumb and pillarboxes
video
that is already letterboxed from 16:9 into 4:3, just to get it into their
HD
video stream, it will have black all the way around ("pilletter boxed" is
the
term I use for this) and it can't be zoomed to the full size of the screen
(even though at this point the transmitted video has less than SD
quality).

I'm exploring a big screen HD TV myself.  Vizio is an option I would
consider
if it meets all of my tests and requirements ... or at least as many as
any
other brand.
