Do any native 60fps DVD's exist?  I don't think I've seen one if they do.

I wouldn't think it is necessary with 24fps native display capability. 
I've been thinking 120Hz was used for 30fps material to amp up to 60fps. 
  Maybe I'm just confused.  Again.  <scratching head>
