Yup. . . . . Or the RCA output on the PC is being disabled somehow.
I'd
first check the soundcard menus to see how it's outputting your audio. It
may have changed [by itself] when you switched video cards. You probably
want to be looking for SPDIF [digital/coax "RCA"], IIRC. Or something
screwy like that.
