Except for the slot position collisions.  Each group of channels they try
to align to OTA frequencies amongst the other cable channels is a pair of
gaps, one 2 MHz and one 6 MHz.  If they only have 12 8VSBs to do, put them
on 2-13 and be done.  Any more than that and they would have that slotting
issue.
