Yes, it is a Magnavox ZV450MW8A. Digital Video Disc Recorder & Video 
Cassette Recorder with Digital Tuner. I got it at Wal-Mart.

I read years ago that when television first started, it had a channel 1 
but they dropped it because it was too susceptible to interference. I 
thought maybe since this would select channel 1 that maybe they were 
bring it back for digital tv. I get all of my tv over the air.
