Cards don't have menus.  Drivers don't have menus.  Applications have
menus.
Applications may have to limit things if the driver and/or card cannot do
certain things.  Ideally, there is a way for the application to request
the
driver to request the card to set a specific frequency and a specific
mode,
and see the status of the signal after a few milliseconds or so of waiting
for it to lock up.  If that is so, then it's simply a matter of having an
application smart enough to structure these choices in a convenient way
(or
write one yourself if you can do the programming and the interface info is
readily available).
