SDTV OR HDTV?

Hello All,

I am about to purchase a new TV,  I get my TV from Direct TV and Time
Warner
Cable.  I do not ever see going back to an antenna.

In shopping, I noticed that new SDTV LCD is about $ 200 less than HDTV LCD
for the 26 inch that I will buy.

My question is, "I wonder if the extra picture quality that I will get
with
the HD worth the $ 200 over the SD?".  What do you think?
