Well, I can't say about time Warner cable since I don't have it, but I
do have DirecTV, and you should realize a couple of things...
1. If you don't subscribe to DirecTV's HD service, you won't see ANY
difference between the HD set and the SD set, except that the picture
will be either stretched or smaller than the screen on the HD set.
2. If you do subscribe to HD service, then the picture will definitely
be MUCH better, but you'll have to sit very close to the screen to
really see the difference on a set that small.
