| The coupons cannot be extended. Read the letter that came with them.

However, neither the law passed by Congress nor the rules passed by NTIA
prohibit the re-issuance of expired coupons.  If you think otherwise, cite
the law/rule provision.  In the mean time, refusal to re-issues is
something
the bureaucrats are doing on their own.  If they refuse to re-issue, then
call them every day until they do.
